    • پس از کاپی از طرف آرشیف به تامین برنامه اطلاع داده می شود
    • در تامین برنامه یک نفر موظف می گردد تا اعلان را ادیت کند
    • پس از ادیت ، اعلان به بازبینی سپرده می شود
    • پس از بازبینی ، اعلان در سیستم فایل سرور انداخته می شود
    • سپس به استودیو اطلاع داده می شود که اعلان مورد نظر در فولدر مشخص شده کاپی شد
