The Marketing Division of Noor television is responsible for promoting Noor TV programs to a wider audience and to compile audience feedback.

Commercial advertising is a major source of Noor television's revenue. Central Marketing Office, the main Office of the Marketing Division, is located at Kabul, while Regional Marketing Offices are operating at each of the Noor televisions Centres at Herat, Kandahar, Jalalabad and Balkh.

The tariff for commercial spots and sponsorships is mainly based on viewer ship, Television set count and the area of coverage. Special events/programs, via satellite transmissions, live sports overages and specially negotiated privileged positions are negotiated at special packages. Discounts are offered to certain categories of advertisers to encourage them into making deals for bulk business.
